INGREDIENTS:
2 pounds fresh asparagus
1/4 cup Artisana Organic Raw Almond Butter
1/4 cup butter
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
PREPARATION:
Cook the asparagus in boiling salted water until tender; drain well. In a saucepan over low heat, melt butter. Add Artisana almond butter and cook until golden brown, about 6 or 7 minutes. Remove from heat; add lemon juice and salt. Pour sauce over hot cooked asparagus.
