INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup Artisana Organic Raw Cashew or Almond Butter
2/3 cup soy milk, rice milk or water thickened
with Artisana Coconut Butter.
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Gluten free bread for gluten free recipe or a sprouted whole grain bread
Maple syrup, jam, or applesauce for dipping
PREPARATION:
Warm soy milk slightly. Whip nut butter, soy milk and cinnamon
together in blender. Pour into a shallow dish.
Dip bread on both sides and cook like ordinary french toast.
Cut into 'bars' and serve with syrup, jam or applesauce.
