100 g dark or milk chocolate
100 g Artisana Organic Raw Coconut Butter
Preparation: Break the chocolate into small pieces and cut the coconut butter into slices. Put it all into a bowl or small saucepan. Place the bowl or saucepan into a larger saucepan half-filled with hot water (or warm water slowly adding heat.) As it melts, stir together. When fully mixed and liquid, pour into a glass tray and allow it to cool and harden in your refridgerator. Cut into small pieces. Alternatively, you can pour the liquid, warm Ice Chocolate into an ice cube tray, then chill.
Enjoy it by itself, or add it to drinks for a chilly chocolate/coconut blast! Makes around 25-30 servings
