PECAN PASTA SAUCE
Pecan Pasta Sauce

INGREDIENTS:

1/4 Artisana Organic Raw Pecan Butter
1/2 water
1/4 olive oil
2 teaspoons Braggs Liquid Amino Acids
2 teaspoons Apple Cider Vinegar (add to desired level)
Sea Salts (if desired)

PREPARATION:

Slowly mix Artisana Raw Organic Pecan Butter with water on low heat. Mix in olive oil when the sauce base starts to get warm. Continue to mix until the sauce becomes homogenious. This is a good point to add spices or any vegetables that you might want to add. Then continue to warm or cook the sauce until the sauce absorbs the flavor of the spices if you put any in. Add Liquid Amino and Apple Cider Vinegar to taste. If desired, add a little bit of red wine. You can make this a dipping sauce by reducing the amount of water or a pasta sauce by adding more water and more oils. (tip... Try putting coconut in it. ) Tastes good and is very fast. (Ingredients above can be in cups or you can easily double the recipe to match your meal size.)
